Prompt Data: Text prompts you enter, which are used to process your requests and improve our AI.

Generated Outputs: AI-created code and content, stored temporarily for functions like undo/history.

Technical Data: Anonymised IP address, browser, and platform type, used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

We do not collect names, addresses, or specific ages. We do not track your behavior across other websites, and we do not show advertisements.

Your information is used only for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your support queries.
  • Preventing abuse and securing our service.

We build with a “Safety by Design” approach. We do not ask for or verify your age; instead, we apply child-safe defaults to every user. If you are under 13, you should use EngageoAI only with adult supervision.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain data only for as long as necessary, for example, keeping prompt history for 30 days for technical support. We are dedicated to safeguarding all user data.
