EngageoAI is a tool that helps you create and modify Roblox games using AI. We are an independent development team and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Roblox Corporation. EngageoAI may be offered as a paid service in the future.

Our service is designed for users aged 13 and older. In line with UK safety laws, we apply the same high standard of privacy and safety to all users by default. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use EngageoAI.

EngageoAI integrates with your Roblox Studio projects. We will never ask for, collect, or store your Roblox password or credentials. Any changes made by our AI to your game require your explicit approval before they are applied.

To use our service, you need to register with a valid email address. This email is used for account access, support, and important notifications. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You agree to use EngageoAI for lawful, creative purposes and to follow Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend any account for misuse or abuse of our tool.

EngageoAI is built with privacy and child safety in mind. We minimise data use, avoid profiling, and only log technical information needed to operate the service. No user data is sold or shared with third parties. For more detail, please see our Privacy Policy.

You own the games and assets you create using EngageoAI. We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the AI-generated code and content in your Roblox projects, including for commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring your creations comply with all intellectual property laws.

You may use AI-generated content in commercial Roblox games. The development team may offer paid plans or licenses in the future, at which point additional commercial terms will apply.

EngageoAI is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it great, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, uptime, or that its output will be free of errors. We are not liable for any bugs in your game, moderation actions taken by Roblox, or data loss. Always test and review AI-generated code before publishing your game.

EngageoAI includes safeguards to prevent the generation of harmful or offensive content. If you encounter any inappropriate output or security issues, please report it directly to us.

We may suspend or revoke your access to EngageoAI at any time, particularly if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or breach Roblox’s guidelines.

These Terms may be updated at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after updates implies your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved within the UK legal system.

Under UK law, you have the right to know what data is collected about you and why. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold. You have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
